Shipping policy

CMW is based in Sydney, Australia, your order will be dispatched within 2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number via Australia Post.

Australian Orders

Express shipping (approx. 1-4 Business Days), a flat rate of AUD 17.00 for delivery addresses within Australia. You will be emailed a tracking number for your order. Please contact Australia Post directly if your order is delayed, lost or damaged.

Standard shipping (approx. 2-8 Business Days), a flat rate of AUD 12.00 for delivery addresses within Australia. You will be emailed a tracking number for your order. Please contact Australia Post directly if your order is delayed, lost or damaged.

New Zealand Orders

Express shipping (approx. 2-7 Business Days), a flat rate of AUD 35.00 for delivery addresses within New Zealand. You will be emailed a tracking number for your order. Please contact Australia Post directly if your order is delayed, lost or damaged.

Standard shipping (approx. 4-10 Business Days), a flat rate of AUD 20.00 for delivery addresses within New Zealand. You will be emailed a tracking number for your order. Please contact Australia Post directly if your order is delayed, lost or damaged.

International Orders

Standard shipping (approx. 6-27 Business Days), a flat rate of AUD 40.00 will be charged for all international orders. 

There is a possibility of unforeseeable delays that are out of our control due to customs. You will be emailed a tracking number for your order. Please contact the shipping provider if you have any concerns regarding your order. 

*PLEASE NOTE, international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to the country of delivery, this fee will need to be covered by the customer.
